Acrobat XI (11.0) support information

Information updated 16 October, 2012

What is Acrobat XI (11.0)?

Acrobat XI is the marketing name of Adobe's new 2012 release of Acrobat, which is also version eleven (11.0). It was released in October 2012. There are more details on Adobe's site. Quite Software has worked extensively with Adobe to make sure that our products are made compatible.

In January 2013, Adobe released an update, 11.0.1. This requires further updates to our plug-ins for Mac OS X users, otherwise Acrobat cannot be found by the installer.

Will Quite plug-ins work with Acrobat XI (11.0)?

All Macintosh plug-ins will need to be updated to the latest version because of changes made by Adobe to Acrobat itself. Older versions will simply be invisible. Updates on Windows are recommended.

What is the product status?

Quite Imposing/Quite Imposing Plus: new release available (3.0f). (3.0e was enough for Acrobat 11.0.0, 3.0f needed for Acrobat 11.0.1)
Quite a Box of Tricks: new release available (1.8g)
Quite Revealing: new release available (1.8g)
Users of Acrobat 11.0.1 on Mac OS X, who cannot install Quite A Box Of Tricks or Quite Revealing, should contact us for assistance.
