How your order is processed
On-Line ordersJust follow the directions on screen to purchase a license only product. At present, you can only buy single licenses. If you want a multi-license pack or a Quite Suite, see below or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information before you purchase.
Orders from Quite SalesRegardless of which of the above payment methods you choose to buy with, we would like you to be able to use the software immediately you order.
When buying with a credit card, we e-mail your permanent license to you immediately the purchase has been completed and mail out your software pack straight away. You can even pay in US dollars if you hold an American Express card otherwise your card is charged in UK Pounds. If you are purchasing from outside a sterling currency area, your credit card statement will show the currency conversion actioned by your credit card supplier, at the exchange rate of the day.
For those of you who need some time to raise the order and have it processed through your accounts department, we e-mail a temporary license to you until the purchase has completed. At that time we contact you with your permanent license and mail out your software pack. We are able to invoice in either UK Pounds or US Dollars but regrettably not in other currencies and cheques and bank transfers in either currency are acceptable.
Orders from a Reseller near youPlease see our resellers list for details. If you are looking for a Foreign Language version of our products, we recommend you purchase from a reseller within that country as they will be able to offer additional services, such as technical support in your language.

Our prices are set in UK Pounds, although you can pay in other currencies on our on-line store. Please note: other currencies are subject to currency exchange rates over which we have no control.
Although we try to avoid changing our prices, we reserve the right to do so without notice.
Our Quite Suite and Multi-license packs (available in quantities of 5, 10 and 25) are only available directly from ourselves or from one of our resellers. They are not currently available to buy on-line. Please contact us for pricing details.
Shipping costsWe currently send your order FREE of shipping costs anywhere in the world. We use a regular mail service only for this. If you would like more trackability on your goods and would prefer us to use a courier service, that's no problem either. We simply get a quote from our usual provider (Fedex) and add the cost to your invoice. Alternatively, you can ask us to send it by your own preferred courier and if you have an account with them, just supply us with your account number and we will do the rest.
ReturnsWhile we don't expect you will need to return your purchase, simply contact us if you have any issues with the product. We have an experienced technical team who will help you with any technical difficulties and there are many support facilities on our web site to help you get to grips with the software.
We regret we can only consider returns if the product is shown to be faulty, so we do encourage all our customers to try out the software before they purchase. So please do ask for a trial version of any of our products. You can download today from our web site, just follow the links from the relevant product pages to their individual download pages. If you really feel you must return the software, just contact us with the full details of your purchase and we will help you from there. We will look at all requests on a case by case basis. If you purchased your software through another outlet, please contact the company you bought from in the first instance.
